We are looking for a skilled and proactive Pre-Sales Executive with strong knowledge of CCTV, Surveillance, Access Control, Fire Alarm, and Security Systems. The candidate will be responsible for site surveys, preparing quotations, client communication, solution designing, and supporting the sales team to close deals.
Conduct on-site surveys to understand customer requirements and infrastructure.
Prepare accurate quotations, BOQs, and system designs based on client needs.
Explain CCTV and security solutions clearly to customers.
Support the sales team in pitching, presentations, and technical clarifications.
Coordinate with installation teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy.
Maintain strong product knowledge across CCTV, WiFi cameras, access control, time & attendance, and fire alarm systems.
Achieve monthly pre-sales and conversion targets.
Handle queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and provide timely responses.
Build strong relationships with clients to support final closure.
Maintain documentation, proposals, and project data in company systems.
Strong knowledge of CCTV & security systems (DVR, NVR, IP cameras, access control, fire alarm, etc.)
Ability to conduct professional site surveys.
Hands-on experience in quotation preparation and BOQ drafting.
Excellent communication & presentation skills.
Good computer skills, including Excel, Word, and email communication.
Ability to understand client needs and convert them into solutions.
Must be target-driven and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
