Magnum Solutions is seeking a Technical Support Engineer who can deliver excellent technical service and support to our clients. The role includes handling CCTV installations, networking, system troubleshooting, and on-site maintenance to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

βš™ Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and on-site visits.
  • Configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and networking devices.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
  • Coordinate with the field engineers and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate installation and service reports.
  • Handle network configuration, IP setup, and connectivity issues.
  • Provide product knowledge and training to clients when required.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and professional communication.
  • Assist in system upgrades and preventive maintenance schedules.

Full-time | 6 Days a Week | [10AM-7PM]

As per industry standards and experience.
