Job Description

Flashback is looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the CCTV and Security Solutions industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the CCTV and security solutions market.

Generate new leads and convert them into sales.

Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, builders, and corporate clients.

Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Stay updated with latest CCTV, surveillance, and security technology trends.

Coordinate with the technical team for project execution and client support.

Requirements

Experience in CCTV / Security / Surveillance industry preferred.

Strong skills in sales, negotiation, and client relationship management.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Ability to generate leads and close deals.
