Project Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Support Engineer with expertise in security and surveillance solutions. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of security systems, including CCTV, access control, fire alarms, and intrusion detection systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and maintenance for security and surveillance systems (CCTV, access control, alarms, etc.).
• Diagnose and resolve system/network issues onsite and remotely.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure timely resolution of technical problems.
• Install, configure, and test hardware/software related to security solutions.
• Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and service logs.
• Assist in system upgrades, integrations, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for escalations and advanced troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, SLAs, and client requirements.
