Job Vacancy: Networking & CCTV Technician
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Networking & CCTV Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining both IP and Analog CCTV systems, along with a strong understanding of IT networking (routers, switches, and cabling). You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality surveillance setups and troubleshooting network issues for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Installation: End-to-end installation of CCTV cameras (Bullet, Dome, PTZ, IP, and Analog).
• Configuration: Setting up and configuring DVRs, NVRs, and remote viewing on mobile/PC.
• Networking: Installing and managing network hardware, including routers, switches, and Wi-Fi access points.
• Maintenance: Conducting routine system health checks and repairing faulty cameras or cabling (Cat6, Coaxial).
• Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving complex network connectivity and hardware issues.
• Documentation: Maintaining accurate service reports and site layout diagrams.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in CCTV and Networking.
• Technical Skills: * Proficiency in IP camera configuration and IP addressing.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN setup and crimping (RJ45, BNC).
• Familiarity with brands like Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua, etc.
• Education: Diploma/ITI in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or a related field.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and good communication skills with clients.
• Physical: Ability to work at heights and travel to various site locations.
Salary & Benefits
• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience).
