CCTV Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled CCTV Technician responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting CCTV surveillance systems. The candidate should have hands-on experience with cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and basic networking.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras (Analog & IP)

Setup DVR/NVR, hard disks, and power supply units

Perform site surveys and suggest suitable camera placement

Troubleshoot camera, cable, and network-related issues

Handle LAN cabling, conduit, and cable management

Configure remote viewing on mobile and computer

Ensure proper functioning of surveillance systems

Provide basic training to clients on system usage

Maintain service records and job reports

Requirements & Skills

Minimum 1–3 years experience in CCTV installation & maintenance

Knowledge of IP cameras, Analog cameras, DVR, NVR

Basic understanding of networking (IP, LAN, router, switch)

Experience in cable laying, crimping, and testing

Ability to work independently and on-site

Two-wheeler preferred (for site visits)
