Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible CCTV Technician to install, configure, test, troubleshoot, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems and other low-voltage (ELV) systems at residential, commercial, industrial, and government project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, test, and commission CCTV cameras (IP & Analog).
• Install and configure NVRs, DVRs, and video management systems.
• Perform cable laying, conduit work, termination, and labeling.
• Configure network switches, routers, and IP addresses required for CCTV systems.
• Troubleshoot camera, network, recording, and power-related issues.
• Install and maintain PoE switches and fiber media converters where required.
• Perform preventive maintenance and attend service calls.
• Prepare installation reports, service reports, and site documentation.
• Coordinate with project engineers and clients during installation.
• Follow company SOPs and site safety regulations.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and care of tools and equipment.
• Train clients on the basic operation of installed systems after commissioning.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of IP and Analog CCTV systems.
• Experience with Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua, Honeywell, or equivalent brands.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, IP Addressing, Switches, Routers).
• Experience in cable termination (RJ45, BNC, Fiber preferred).
• Ability to read basic drawings and installation layouts.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
