Job Title: Onsite IT Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain LAN network connectivity
Troubleshoot Windows OS and resolve issues
Handle CCTV system checking, troubleshooting, and maintenance
Prepare and submit Daily Activity Reports (DAR)
Troubleshoot desktop and laptop issues
Maintain and manage server racks
Perform server updates and basic troubleshooting
Diagnose and resolve internet/modem/network issues
Coordinate with vendors and external agencies

Eligibility Criteria:

Experience: 2–3 years in IT support / onsite role
Gender: Male candidate preferred
Age: 20 to 40 years

Key Skills Required:

Strong troubleshooting skills (hardware & networking)
Basic knowledge of servers and CCTV systems
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently on-site
