ConnectCasa is looking for a high-energy, result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive our growth in the smart home and security sector. You will be the face of the company, identifying new market opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders (architects, builders, and contractors), and converting leads into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and real estate developers in Vadodara.
  • Consultative Sales: Conduct on-site surveys to understand client requirements and pitch customized Smart Home or CCTV solutions.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Prepare professional proposals, handle objections, and lead negotiations to secure contracts.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on the latest trends in IoT, security cameras, and home automation to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide weekly sales forecasts to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
  • Travel: Must have a personal vehicle and a valid driving license for frequent client meetings and site visits.
  • Technical Savvy: Ability to quickly learn and explain technical products like IP Cameras, Home Automation panels, and Networking hardware.
  • Traits: Self-motivated, persistent, and a strong problem-solver.
